« The hotel is located just outside of KitzbĂŒhel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« Excellent property. Right on bus route for ski hills. Short walk into town with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get to Kitzbuhel on bus as well. The storage room for equipment was incredible with boot warmers. Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was clean. »

« Séjour avec mon fils pour skier dans le skiwelt autrichien ; l'établissement est trÚs bon mais se trouve un peu loin des pistes. Par contre ce détail est largement compensé par l'accueil chaleureux, les conseils et l'amabilité du personnel (qui ont tous fait de trÚs beaux effort pour dire quelques mots en français et nous parler dans un anglais enfin compréhensible --avec un accent allemand trÚs amusant-- ). »

 Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! « We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well. »
