„Eva Lanka is a great Hotel. We stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on a hill, entrance gate on top, the beach on the other side, a huge garden in between. Free peacocks (which fly on top of the king palm trees at night to sleep) live here, amongst beautiful flowers. Make sure you take a chalet, they are spacious, very clean and most have a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel has two pools, and the beach, so there is more than enough space for everyone. „Große, komfortable und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. OG mit Meerblick) und Balkon. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist super gepflegt und verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Das Restaurant hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen, die Essens- und Getränkeauswahl ist groß und die Qualität stets hervorragend. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top!“

„Great and huge room with amazing view over the salt lake. Beautiful smiley staff. Nice pool. Very tasty uncomlicated breakfast. Our driver was provided with 3 meals a day! Fun time watching the huge monkey family playing in the trees. They can be quite loud at times. Hambantota is a small and and easy going town. Good shopping.“

„We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big). ...

„The hotel is run by two young Sri Lankans. They seem like teenagers, but they are doing a decent job. The boss didn't say "hi" or goodbye, nor smile at us. Seemed like it bothered him that we were there. Because of mold, dirty floor, no Internet and a dirty toilet we switched rooms. The other room didn't have internet either, but was ok. In both rooms we had to ask for toilet paper and a mosquito net, although the description said it's standard (like the wifi, too). Starting at 6 in the morning ...

„Sehr schön gelegene Lodge mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider hatten wir in der 2. Nacht Ratten im Zelt was weniger schön war..es wurde sich aber schnell darum gekümmert. Zudem sind die Einheimischen in der Umgebung anscheinend sehr Partyfreudig, weswegen es manchmal bis 23 Uhr sehr sehr laut war! Schade… aber alles zusammen ein guter Aufenthalt.“
