« Great little place. Very clean. Ceiling above very thin. Could hear all footsteps of above tenants. We played music most of the time to drown that out. »

« Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking...

« Great location, communication, and accommodating. Clear beach view from the deck to enjoy sunrises and the ocean view all day. A direct path through the dune to the beach for easy access (even lighted). Close to Fort Clinch State Park, Historic Fernandina Beach downtown, and an easy drive to anything you need. « First and foremost, I want to say how wonderful Brian, our host, responded and made everything perfect for our visit. The house was clean, had every appliance that we could use if we needed, location perfect to everything in town etc. His helpfulness was outstanding. He made me feel like family, if I needed something, he answered the question, got it done, and was simply pleasurable to deal with. I highly recommend staying here. Winnie »
