„Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! “

„The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.“

„The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! “
