« Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! »

« Property was lovely and clean with fantastic outdoor space and pool. Lots of space inside, and incredibly clean and well provisioned (washing up liquid, shower gel etc) Worth noting that the living room and 2 bedrooms have aircon, the other 2 bedrooms do not. Kitchen is possibly a little more basic than normal. This is a old building and as such the stairs are quite steep, we have 2 small children (under 2) so we could manage this but if they were older it would have been more difficult....

« This property is a slice of paradise. The view is unmatched, the pool is a dream, the rooms are comfortable, and the host's kindness makes this place an absolute gem. If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway, I can't recommend this property enough. We left with our spirits lifted, our hearts full, and memories that will last a lifetime. It is best for group size of 10-12. »

« The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay. »

« I stayed here with a larger group and it was the perfect accommodation for us to be near the Palma area but also close enough to walking distance to the beach. Also is in very close distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and clubs or bars allowing you to walk almost anywhere you might need to. The property was exactly as listed and everything was very clean and easily accessible upon arrival. « Tout était super, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et l'emplacement était calme et joli. Cependant, la maison était un peu sale à l'arrivée et la personne chargée de nettoyer la piscine pénétrait dans la maison sans prévenir ni sonner à la porte. »

« The view from the house to the sea – and partly to the mountains – is stunning. The house is spacious and super clean. The living space is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big with quality bed linen and towels; the beds are comfy. The atmosphere in the garden is amazing, with decorative terraces and a lovely pool. The owners and the local hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I can only find superlatives to describe this property and our family holiday in Soller. »

« Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Traumhaus. Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Blick in die Bucht von Palma, egal ob vom Pool, dem Bedroom oder dem mega-tollen Rooftop ist einfach atemberaubend. « Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…). »

« Villa comme sur les photos, spacieuse, avec tout le confort, très belle piscine, soirée agréable sur la terrasse, bbq. Villa située dans un quartier un peu en dehors du centre de Santa Ponça, calme. Centre accessible à pied ( environ 20/25 minutes de marche), sinon en voiture ou bus. Proche de la région montagneuse de l'île, très beaux endroits à visiter. Villa située à environ 20 min de La Palma. Beaucoup de choses à faire, la semaine a été bien remplie. »

« We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« A lovely September week in this elegant, well-equipped villa; the village is breathtaking, the restaurants are first rate, the adjacent hotel has marvelous food and drink if you wish to stay put. And the pool is fabulous. »

« Studio bien équipé, literie neuve et petit balcon dans un hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la mer ( plage ou crique au choix). Privilégier les appartements en étages supérieurs pour avoir une belle vue mer. Attention pas de parking ni d'ascenseur. Sant Elm est un joli village plutôt tranquille. »
