The staff were very hospitable and very accommodating. I liked the fact that they greeted you with a smile every morning. Very friendly staff 100 percent.

I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel and I had a wonderful time! The staff is very caring and friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is solid. Only negative aspect is the location. The hotel is at one busy road leading into Apia. So it was a bit noisy from time to time.

The bed was good, the breakfast was ok. The restaurant was closed, when the Other restaurants where closed, so i want to bed hungre One Day, but the next Day the buffet was better They holiday, when Others do. I only had twi spyr towls for 5 data. It would be but there, when they were cleaning. age just did not clean Then. Only 1,5 kilometers to the city center.

Staff and service was great they're lovely and friendly we check in and we saw the bed was not on the good condition the bed sheets wasn't change but thanks to the service they went back and do it for the guest even the location was good is close to Apia

Top tier service
I booked my elderly parents to stay here for a week and they loved it. They were greeted with the most welcoming staff who were so helpful. They commented on their room and advised it was cosy and pleasant for them. Thank you Isnel for the great hospitality. Highly recommend to stay here when visiting Samoa

Was all we needed for a late night check in, one night stay after just arriving to Samoa before making our way down to the south coast. Room and ensuite was cramped but air con worked really well. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Just don't leave anything sweet out. Nice handy location to fugalei market. On a busy main road so you hear all the traffic at night. Staff need to pay closer attention to room prep. Things like teaspoon to stir hot drinks, face clothes were missing. We had conditioner but no shampoo. There's a tv but no channels were available. Lovely breakfast though and friendly, helpful staff.

Great little hotel in a good location for central Apia. Rooms were clean. Downside is the location next to a busy road which is pretty noisy and traffic starts early around 06.30 and goes till late at night. Limited areas outside of your room to sit or spend any time and this is also next to the road so not too pleasant and no chairs in your room. If you just want a reasonable base in Apia it's a good choice, but not the location to sit and relax.

My stay here was unpleasant. I paid for an early check in as i needed to get ready for a wedding, upon returning early hours the gate was locked and the security guy was no where to be found. I ended up sleeping at my sisters hotel. When i raised with staff, and manager they apologized but failed to reimburse any cost. Not only i paid for early check in but the rate per room where i was not able to access after hours. Terrible and would not recommend it at all.

Prisvärt!
Väldigt prisvärt jämfört med många andra ställen i Apia. Ligger halvcentralt, men det tar 10 minuter in till city till fots. Trevlig personal! Dock små rum. Bekväm säng! Insektsnät för fönstren. Bra AC och gratis wi-fi. 1 flaska gratis vatten. Kylskåp. Ok frukost för att vara i Samoa. Rekommenderas!

Great place to stay
The White House staff were excellent, the room was great and the breakfast was great but it is on a main road so lots of traffic noise which was noisy at night so had to keep the air conditioner on to drown out the traffic noise rather than just using the fan.

When we arrived we were welcomed with a fruit platter! The room was already cooled down by the aircon .... The staff was super friendly and helpful with any requests we had. The breakfast buffet was great, WiFi connection good. Be aware that on Sundays all private restaurants have CLOSED !! .... nice Indian restaurant 2 minutes away, the supermarket 5 minutes walk, to Apia centre maybe 15 minutes easy walk. If we return to Apia for our next trip, we would stay here again!!

Suitable for long staying business persons. The room was small but cleanly maintained. The staffs are very kind. To go to the downtown, using taxi is better. Noise from the nearby road might relate to sensitive people.

The staff was very polite and helpful. After a small complaint, the problem was solved. It was the first accommodation in Samoa with a small buffet breakfast. Despite the nearby street, the room was quiet. The air conditioning worked silently and well.

Die Unterkunft war klein und sauber. Wasser unter der Dusche war entweder kalt oder richtig heiß, dazwischen gab es nichts. Das einzige Hotel, in dieser Preiskategorie, welches ein ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet anbietet. Zimmer sind recht ruhig, trotzt der naheliegenden Straße. Klimaanlage arbeitete gut und leise.
