WARNING*****We paid extra money so that each person would have their own bathroom. Upon arrival, we noticed the rental did not have the 2.5 bathrooms listed on the rental agreement. We contacted the Towns Property Management to let them know the rental only had 2 bathrooms. The next day, they corrected us and said it had 2.5 bths and went on to explain the difference between a full and half bth. In our next message, we asked where the 0.5 bth was located. After several hours Townsend messaged that the rental only had 2 bths. It seemed as if Townsend doesn't know very much about their rentals. We asked for the location of the rental with 2.5 bths and was told that they only have rental with 2 bths even though they had messaged us that morning to verify the rental had 2.5 bths and meaning of full and half baths. Townsend suggested we contact VRBO, and then VRBO suggested we contact Townsend. Townsend has not replied to any of our last 3 messages. In everything we signed and agreed to during the booking of this rental we agreed to all the rules, policies, and listed detailed responsibilities. The fact that we were sent to the wrong rental does not seem to be a big problem for Townsend Property Management or VRBO. We continue to address this fracture in the contract.
