« Property was exactly as described. Located in a quiet area yet close to the pier for music, drinks and food. The closest beach access was closed but the next access was right down the street and easily accessible to walk to with all your beach equipment. Parking was easy. « It was great to be close to the beach (about a one block walk) and the beach at Freeman Park. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :). « Perfect location within easy walking distance of the River Walk, restaurants and bars. We also had to travel back and forth to the UNCW campus and this location made it quick and easy! All rooms were very clean with a full kitchen and ample space in the bathroom. The parking lot was right across the street and it was well lit and safe.
