Location and comfort.

Tv in bedroom was hard to work. Should be transparent about dispensary. Yellow Rug in upstairs bath was nasty. Lock box was a bit difficult to work. Think the condo was beautiful & well appointed. Location excellent. Wish you had been clearer about the ability to unload in the alley.

Family Fun and hurricane Helene

We booked our vacation before hurricane Helene and vacasa would not give us a refund so we made the best of it. Asheville is a favorite place for us. The devastation from the hurricane is heartbreaking! The noise from the street is listed and they provide noise makers. But we didn’t sleep well. The ceiling fan in our room didn’t work. The dishwasher door would not open properly so it was almost impossible to put things in the bottom. The lights in two of the stairwells didn’t work. The garbage disposal didn’t work. Maintenance came by but didn’t fix anything. The heat was very inconsistent. The front bedroom was freezing and the other bedroom was hot. We still had a great time but the issues were unacceptable. We had plenty of room and the couches were great. The kitchen is fully stocked.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The owners have done a wonderful job and converting an old building to a The owners have done a wonderful job and converting an old building, retaining the charm while adding all the amenities. The outside noise at night was intrusive, but that was clearly stated in the property description.

Lofts on Lexington

This property is so well equipped. Beautiful and comfortable. The other reviews mention the noise from the street. It is super loud. I slept with noise cancelling headphone with a sleep app. Lots of cars that have loud mufflers, people talking loud around the building, fire trucks going by. Could all be solved with better windows. I would stay here again I would just be as prepared as I was this time for the noise. Location was awesome and everything inside was awesome. Read all the instructions of where to park and unload your car. It was all very helpful

The heart of Asheville getaway

My husband and I and our two adult children pick this loft department out to rent for a long weekend. We were attending a wedding nearby with many events within a mile of this loft apartment. It was the perfect set up for us, and we entertained others in the comfortable living room, before and after events.

Downtown loft

Very nice and roomy inside. Well equipped. TV's are hard to figure out but it is a Great location. Short drives to both Grove Park Inn and Biltmore House.

Great Location, But Loud and Terrible Customer Service

The property is clean and well equipped and the location is fantastic. With that being said listen to the reviews about noise, from Thursday - Sunday you will hear every single conversation and car that drives by between 10am and 2am in the bed rooms. Also, the customer service from Vacasa NC was non-existent. When we arrived the fire alarm in the main living area was going off every 30 seconds, over the course of our 4 day stay i called 6 times, and 6 times was told from the main CS team that a note was sent to Vacasa NC, but they would not give me their direct number, and you guessed it, it was NEVER fixed. It beeped throughout the whole house the entire trip, waking us up at night, and generally ruining our trip. I will not book again with Vacasa unless absolutely necessary. We never even received a courtesy call, etc.. I honestly thought about getting a hotel room and billing Vacasa back. Just flat out unacceptable. I'd look to book somewhere else if possible.

Space is beautiful and the layout of the rooms is perfect. The only negative really was the noise on the street until 2am. It was hard to sleep but it would calm down and then would be quiet the rest of the night. One picky comment is I would recommend improving the quality of the TP for the price of the space.

Lovely loft in the heart of Asheville

We LOVED this property... the exposed brick walls and furnishings were beautiful! The furniture and beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely appointed. The neighborhood was very walkable, though parking was a bit far away for unloading. By the time my daughter arrived, we had her unload in the ally from the back door, which was much easier. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator not making ice, but the property managers were super responsive and friendly. I hope to come back to Asheville and will definitely look for this property again.

Incredible Place in the Heart of Downtown Asheville

This place had a lot of character and a nice size kitchen for staying in and cooking. It also had a super cute balcony which provided some fresh air and was fun to hang out on. The design of the loft with the two bedroom suites allowed for nice privacy for two couples. The place could benefit from some updates but overall our stay provided a fantastic experience.

Best Location

This location can't be beat! We loved the charm of the condo with the exposed brick. We had a blast! Only piece of feedback would be the comfort of the queen bed and just need bigger towels in that room but aside from that, we absolutely loved our stay and will book again in the future.

Walkability perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great kitchen for entertaining and pre-evening cocktails. Walk to everything! Nice large bathrooms and privacy for couples sharing the VRBO. Will return!

Managers were

A long story. The electronic locks on the doors (front & back) failed when we returned shortly before midnight of our first night. This was Friday. Called "Help" line, spent over an hour trying to reach someone. Finally got someone. Not local. They contacted local manager. Help never arrived that evening. Finally found a backup manual key--not where it was supposed to be--and got in the apartment about two hours later. Did I mention that the temperature was in the 40s? We were visiting from Florida, I had on a sport coat and sweater and was extremely cold. i was very cold--took the longest hot shower after we got tin. Long story short, after spending time the better part of the next 2 days speaking with management, they finally got someone to fix the locks on Sunday. They eventually credited us for one day's rent, but their overall ambivalence and their incompetence left me cold and very disappointed. Very unlikely I would use them again.
