« Our party totaled six people, including 2 very young children. We rented both apts...upper and lower, which was necessary for us as we needed at least 3 BRs. This house fit the bill perfectly, with 2 BRs in each apt. If you need a place that's super clean with plenty of room, this is it. Although the property is VERY close to Rt 9, the fenced side yard was good for the kids and lounging around a campfire. Also, any question we sent her, she immediately got back to us. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed...an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, blankets, towels. « This is a neat, small house, that while a bit dated in decor, was very comfortable and clean for an overnight reunion of "senior" friends from high school. It provided us with the space to sit and reminisce and catch up on each other's lives. There was a nice deck overlooking a small picturesque stream, a large, comfortable living room and an adequate kitchen that met our needs. « Home is split nicely with bedrooms at one end, communal and rec rooms at other. My bed was fine, but I understand there was some discomfort with 2 other beds. There were only 5 of us, and 8 or 9 beds, so they just switched beds and all was good. Easy location to walk to town - 5 minutes to Logan's, Mountain Market and Charlie Johns. In summer I imagine it would be 10 minutes to town beach. Lots of heat dials to customize to each individual preference. Back porch was nice. Spent a bunch of time...
