The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a plush bed and crisp linens, while the bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower and bidet. (please not there is an actual wooden frame, no futon bed anymore)

You’ll also have access to great building amenities — take a dip in the heated indoor pool, unwind in the steam room, and enjoy peace of mind with secure onsite parking.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment with the exception of one locked cupboard.

We will meet you onsite to let you into the apartment and show you how the different appliances work. Outside of this we are available via Airbnb or on the phone to answer any questions you have.

- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10 am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 + GST for every half hour you remain in the property.
- NO VISITORS: This means only the exact guests booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate removal from the property, and all associated costs will be charged to you. If you wish to have guests visit while you are at the property please contact us before your booking so we can provide case-by-case approval.s.
- ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you are booking for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two-week period. We will send this amended cleaning charge once we receive your booking.
- QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 8pm - 7am. Neighbours can call a hotline regarding excessive noise. If the property managers must attend due to excessive noise there is a $250 + GST fee.
- MISSING KEYS: If you lose a key / swipe card a replacement fee of $100 + GST will be charged.
- LOCKOUTS: If you lock yourself out of the property and a property manager has to attend to provide additional keys there will be a call out fee of $250 + GST charged.
- PETS: Approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 9pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.

- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
