The location is great - right down the street from South Congress, and just a few steps from Ego's, a fabulous karaoke bar with a good vibe and a mixed crowd. The drawback is that they ask you to agree to a criminal background check and store your biometrics (I declined) and they have a camera on the balcony that records audio and video (which no privacy). The space is great if you don't plan on doing much cooking. They are a bit stingy with towels (only 2, which is a challenge when you want to use the pool). The pool was a bit dirty the first day, but it was cleaned up. Contrary to what they told me when I inquired, the pool does not get full sunlight throughout the day and is basically in the shade starting at 2:30 - a bummer when the heat lasts well into the evening. Lastly, this is not managed by the owner, but a property manager, and thus you have to communicate with a number of people, who don't always have accurate information.
