Welcome to your home base in central Austin. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath house sleeps up to 6 and puts you a quick drive from Ramsey Park, Central Market, Shoal Creek Trail, and the Elisabet Ney Museum.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, easygoing retreat designed for relaxing and exploring the city. This house sleeps 6 across two private bedrooms plus two additional twin sleeping options, and offers two full bathrooms (both ensuite) plus a convenient half bath.
Spend time together in the main living area, or head to the game room for a friendly round on the pool table. When it’s time to catch up on email, you’ll find a laptop-friendly workspace. Step outside to the garden-style backyard with outdoor seating—great for morning coffee or an evening unwind. A washer and dryer add practicality to longer stays.

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed; sleeps 2. Ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Bedroom 2: King bed; sleeps 2. Includes an office area and sitting area. Ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.
• Living Room: Twin-size futon; sleeps 1.
• Game Room: Twin-size sleeper sofa; sleeps 1.
• Additional Bathroom: Half bath (in addition to the two ensuites).
Important Things to Note
• Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is available. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. The garage is not available. Please use only the driveway designated for this home and do not park in the neighboring unit’s driveway.
• Shared spaces: The back deck is a shared space.
• Stairs: Stairs are required in this home.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. No cats, please.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting around: There’s convenient access to a nearby bus line connecting to the UT campus, downtown, the Long Center, the Warehouse District, and shuttle services for musical events—handy if you prefer not to drive.
Central Austin location: about a 5-minute drive to Ramsey Park (playgrounds/community pool), Central Market’s gardens and pond, scenic Shoal Creek Trail, and the Elisabet Ney Museum
