We loved our stay at Rose Creek Manor! We were a group of 4 families (24 total guests) and had plenty of room for all the adults and teenagers. The beds were very comfortable, towels/washcloths were more than ample, and we appreciated the large supply of pool towels. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked kitchens I've seen in a rental - so many plates, cups, cookware, etc. It made our meals so much easier to cook. The double ovens were a life-saver, as well as the two dish washers. We all loved the filtered water at the sink (we're not big into plastic water bottles), and the speakers in the kitchen area. The hot tub worked perfectly and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the pickle ball court and swimming pool. The house was secluded enough not to bother any neighbors, but not too far from groceries and eating in Dripping Springs. Communication from Scott and his team was extremely fast and helpful - they never missed a beat! We loved our week there and would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Great island with plenty of room for serving meals.

Wonderful location for our family reunion! All age groups had so much fun with plenty to do. In fact, many in our group wished we could stay longer. The house is large enough to gather all together or slip away for some quiet time. Pool is big and in perfect shape. Kitchen is well stocked. Property is clean. Easy check in and check out. Hosts communicate quickly and thoroughly. No requirements on checking out is an added plus. Highly recommend!

What we loved:The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kids loved the bunk bed room and media room, and we all enjoyed the garage entertainment space. There was no shortage of activities— swimming in the pool, hot tub, playing pickleball, basketball, chess, cornhole, and horseshoes, billiards, air hockey, etc. The Harry Potter room under the stairs was a clever and unique touch. The host was kind and very responsive—when the hot tub stopped working, it was repaired by the next morning, and missing sponges were delivered within hours.What could be improved:The home, while as pictured, felt more dated and a bit worn. Some outdoor areas needed attention, such as loose pool railings, a broken play structure, and unusable tree swings. The dishwashers likely need replacing. The kitchen had only one refrigerator (though big enough for our needs) and no range hood, so cooking smells lingered. There were quite a few wasps around, and one stung a child. The treehouse out back wasn’t inviting. Parents should be beware of rough edges and exposed nails.Overall:We had a great time despite these minor issues. The home had everything we needed and the many activities kept us entertained. A little more TLC would elevate the property, but it still has a unique, old-world charm, and we enjoyed our stay.

Incredible stay!!

I know it’s hard to trust reviews sometimes but hear me when I say I was so relieved when we arrived at the property. It’s really well maintained, and you can tell a lot of care is put into it. There are fresh towels, soap in every bathroom, clean beds, and the floors were spotless (something I care about as a shoes off homeowner type of person). When I had questions (and I had a lot of them), Scott and Ewa always responded promptly while we were on the property even though it was on the weekend.The location is a little bit remote but it’s okay because the house is so fun. We had all sorts of ages at the house and everyone had something fun to do - playing air hockey to pickleball to grilling to lounging at the pool. The only thing I would “warn” about the area is that the roads can be a bit windy and visibility is lower at night. I would recommend arriving during the daylight so you get a good look at which entrances to take/how to get there.

Everything you need!

This place was great! We had 5 families with all ages of kids staying here. From the house to the pool to all the yard games we never had to leave the property! The kids and parents were entertained the entire time. Location is perfect close enough to town and establishments but remote enough to feel like you are getting away!

Definitely book your stay!

I hosted a team retreat for 29 women. We had the most magical time and the host was very accommodating to anything we needed throughout the entire weekend. The house was gorgeous, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the home was very clean. I would definitely recommend booking your stay here.

Amazing venue for a group getaway

Rose Creek Manor is an absolute VRBO gem! Scott and Ewa are extremely communicative and supportive, and their property is an ideal mix of old and new. There is ample space for both group and individual activities, and the location is an easy drive from both the greater Dripping Springs and Austin areas. We highly recommend this amazing property and owners!

Perfect getaway!

This is the perfect location for a family reunion. Every age group has things they can do. Plenty of space everywhere for Men, Women, and kids to breakaway for catching up. They had almost all supplies that we needed. Hot tub had some complications on arrival, but it was fine afterwards. The manager was very responsive and took care of things on the spot. I would definately stay here again.
