Da sehr abgelegen (keine Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he), kann man FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Dinner Packages zum selber kochen bestellen. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, hier ist man weniger auf Kontakt aus, man will die GĂ€ste ungestört lassen. kleiner hĂŒbscher Pool vorhanden. “

„Einfach Super! Wir haben die letzte 4 NĂ€chte unserer Australien-Reise hier verbracht. Hier hat man eine eigene Garage fĂŒr das Auto, eine KĂŒche, kann selber kochen, hat Platz im grossen KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr das Essen und kalte GetrĂ€nke, kann sandige WĂ€sche in der eigener Waschmaschine/Tumbler reinigen(bekommt fĂŒr 3 Ladungen Waschpulver auch) usw. Super. Einige Sachen muss man selber besorgen (Haushalt-Papier, GewĂŒrze & Öl fĂŒrs Kochen) aber sonst haben sie wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Personal war ...

„We had a fantastic stay at this house on the Gold Coast! It was spotlessly clean and in an ideal location, close to everything but still peaceful. The house was spacious and perfect for our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. „We travelled with another family, so there were 8 of us. It was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed, communication from the property managers was great and we felt it was a good price. Palm cove is a lovely spot, and close to all of the touristy things in Cairns. The only very minor negative thing is the street layout, with no pavement walkway to the beach. (You can access the water front by walking on the roadside or grassed verge).“

"Our experience at the Dorsett Gold Coast was mixed. The breakfast buffet is located in a separate building (another hotel) and was overcrowded, with only moderate quality. We were given the wrong breakfast time when we asked, and most coffee machines were out of order – only two were working for all guests. The atmosphere was hectic, and the price was not justified. The room was acceptable for a 4-star hotel but on the lower end of the standard. Service at the pool was poor. Parking is available in the neighboring building, which is close. "
