„We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! “

„Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work ...

„Excellent location with great view overlooking the Piazza Vecchia! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Clean and comfortable apartment. Thankfully, the bedroom was at the back of the apartment where you were away from the noise of the crowds in the piazza in the evening. Only recommendation is to get lighting in the entrance hallway off the piazza.“

In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die zentrale Piazza Vecchia, hervorrangende Restaurants oder auch die Bergbahn zur Neustadt (Citta Bassa). Sichere Parkmöglichkeit in der NĂ€he, allerdings nicht ganz billig. Die Betreuung durch Ansprechpersonen vor Ort ist vorbildlich.“
