„Good hotel to stay in Baddi“

„1. I had confirmed room booking. Reception said that rooms are not available. Room given had heavy odour of smoke. 2. Wifi was not operational. “

„feel like home in this place. The place was very clean and the staff was always very helpful. I hope more people could have this experience. Thank you King Palace Hotel!!“

„I don’t like 5*Hotel staff walking around in hoodies. Staff is very young and lacking professionalism from my opinion. Airport pickup didnt work as requested. Left me uninformed, when car had an issue and oickup delayed“

„Tolles sauberes Hotel. Weiterzuempfehlen!“

„Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. “
