„Clean environment, pleasant hard working staff, much appreciated! As I mentioned before, nice addition to have a laundry room, where guest can use if needed. However, the appliances need to be updated to modern one, also it would be a nice addition to have some hand sanitizer at the front desk or at the area on each floor near the elevator!otherwise. 10/10“

„Tolle Lage mit großen Zimmern. Jederzeit wieder.“

„We stayed 6 nights in October. Check-in was easy, they sent a code for the door al. The place was a good base for our trip around San Juan.“

„Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.“

„Gut renoviertes Hotel ohne eigenen Stromgenerator wie rundum üblich.“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “
