„The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! “

„Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!“

„The house is very accommodating. We had a group of 12 women. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of living space. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck. However, we had breakfast and dinner on the patio right off of the dining room. We had plenty of space for everyone. it was very easy to walk to downtown Golden. Definitely a five star.“

„What a great experience!! Warren sent specific instructions on where to park and not to park upon arrival and gave us the option to check in early if we wanted. He answered my crazy questions immediately which was really helpful. The house had everything we needed plus so much more! The beds and pillows were great but the thing I judge more than anything else was good water pressure and HOT water!! The view was the best part of the whole trip

"Sehr schönes Apartmenthotel. Großes Zimmer mit Wohn- und Essbereich und KĂŒchenzeile. Voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Trotz der GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hauses angenehm ruhig. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon einmal hier und haben es wieder genossen. Zimmer in den drei Jahren nicht abgewohnt."
