„Super coean, quiet, lots of space, family oriented (board games and lots of movies).“

„Beautiful, comfortable property. Clean house. Nicely appointed. The view from the back deck is excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication.“

„Beautiful home in a very rustic rural area, off the beaten path. House was very clean, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful views. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed a trip to Morrison for a Red Rocks concert, a gorgeous drive on the Guanella Pass, great wine/food at Aspen Peaks Wine Cellar, great food from China Village, a trip to Evergreen. Wish we’d had more time! We loved our stay in Bailey!“

„Great host and property. Would definitely return.“

„Zen Treehouse is a beautiful home that is perfect for adults and children. We had 4 adults and two kids. The 4 adults stayed in the two master suites in the main home while the kids 'glamped' in the tent down below. The home is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and only about 30 minutes to Red Rocks. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy the incredible views. We look forward to visiting again!“

„Beautiful house with an amazing view. Close to Bailey. Very easy to find from the directions supplied.“

„Incredible experience, I loved everything“

„Me and my wedding party had an incredible stay at Friendship Ranch! The owners were amazing to work with and so accommodating! We were so pleasantly surprised to see an entire tray of snacks, small presents, and a bottle of wine was left out for our group upon arrival. It felt like the owners truly thought of everything to make our stay great. They even supplied coffee, coffee filters, tea, and flavored syrups! I’ve never stayed at a rental property that made me feel so welcomed and at home! The ...

„We loved this property for a relaxing getaway! We settled right in and felt at home. Many outdoor places to be between the deck, fire pit, under deck (could sit out in the rain and storms), and the spa. Can’t forget to mention the cool perch. Many morning coffee, views, and birds. Loved the game room - spent many hours there. Also did some hiking at the nearby State Park. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to return.“

„Everything was perfect! Mornings and evenings were most enjoyable with views and being entertained with hummingbirds. The family room was our favorite as well as the comfortable bed. Coming from a huge metro city in Houston with all its noise and people, our first morning at the rental was almost "spooky" outside on deck because of the lack of noises....what a great feeling to sit outdoors and hear only silence. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to recapture the experience again.“

„Charming space located on a beautiful, remote property. Quietest place on earth.“

„The property was overall as expected. However, at night we saw two mice in the kitchen, they even ate our sandwich bread. I understand that the home is in the mountains and it’s hard to avoid having unwelcome guests. But we were disappointed with response from the host, it was a cookie cutter “thanks for telling us” and we felt this deserved a more robust response. I would hope the pest had been taken care of before renting again, but the lackadaisical attitude is what drove me to write this ...

„Clean and beautiful and will stay again!!“

„Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Only one problem and it’s really not that bad, no a/c. The evening cooled down so it was fine.“

„Clean, unique layout, perfect for a solo couple going to Red Rocks. The host was very communicative, had all the information we needed for our stay complied well and presented in an easy to understand message. Evergreen is a wonderful place, Idaho Springs is close by an also worth a visit. Will stay again when we come back to Red Rocks.“
