Gut: Sauberkeit und Personal & Service
Staff is very friendly but a bit complicated, eg. they give you a receipt for the guarantee at checkin, and you have to keep it until checkout to hand it in again... Strange. Also checkin and out takes quite some time for some reason.
The hotel is very well located and in good shape. Gym and sauna are very limited though. Also in the hallways and at breakfast it's freezing cold, no idea why they cool down that much for nothing...
The breakfast is quite limited, at least for Western there are not many options. Bacon and fried vegetables are served cold while Asian dishes are heated... Their fruit juices are very artificial and the coffee tastes very bad.
The room was very spacious, comfy bed, so pretty good. Bathroom was quite badly designed with the shower placed in the bathtub while the main shower area only offered a fixed rain shower that was not useful at all. Given the bathtub with the useful shower did not have any curtain, the floor always got wet, so pretty dangerous to get out of that bathtub. Stupidly done.
