« The Garden Cottage was a quaint and quiet place to stay. Located in the center of the village Gargunnock. It's location in the center of Scotland allowed us to travel in any direction to sight see. We especially liked visiting the Kelpies and Stirling Castle. We will definitely be planning to come back in the future and hope to stay here again. »

« Centrally located in the village of Kippen views from lounge were superb. Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Kippen is a great village has a Mini Supermarket and two pubs both serving good food. If you are visiting the Homeland as we were Kippen is a great location for motorway to Glasgow and Edinburgh and Fife. Our only criticism was the weather which Kippen or the cottage has no control over! »

« The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. The temperature in the shower when from cold to hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. »

« Awesome property- very well appointed, lots of beds and rooms, great outdoor space and hot tub. TV is a bit old, no ability to cast your phone or use apps like Netflix, but that is the only (minor) gripe i could find. Highly recommend this place for larger groups... »

« The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them! »

« Très belle maison spacieuse, propre, avec une literie confortable et une cuisine bien équipée. Les vaches dans le champs d’à côté ont bien occupé nos enfants. Belle vue des chambres. Pratique pour visiter Édimbourg, Glasgow et le château de Stirling. Propriétaire très sympathique. »

« Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips. »
