The receptionist there was super friendly helped me out with the needed essentials and showed me placed to buy a few things until my luggage will arrive. „Staffs are friendly, they provide the services very quickly. Mosaic Suites is closed to activity area and restaurants, it also has the swimming pool and hot tubs until 11:00PM, very nice place for vacation.“

„Second time staying at Sheraton parkway. Hotel is big, clean and modern. Front desk was helpful and has taken immediate action to switch us to a new room when next door was noisy at 11pm. The only area needs improvement is low water pressure at shower. Will go back again. “

„I will get over some of the thing's where this place can make an improvement such as housekeeping. The fridge was really dirty. I did call the front desk about it. One of the curtains was ripped. The iron was leaking water, and the exhaust fan in the washroom was making too noise, but front desk was notified about everything because the overall experience at this place was great.
