« The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. »

« Très bien en général. Pas cher avec déjeuner inclus, qui lui était très bon pour le prix. Propre et confortable. Le seul problème, c'est qu'on a dû être déplacé de genre car la porte principale de notre chambre laissait passer un petit courant d'air, ce qui générait une fréquence sonore extrêmement dérangeante. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre en leur expliquant le problème. Il n'ont rien voulu savoir du problème, mais nous on gentiment déplacé quelque part d'autre, donc nous étions...
