Location de vacances de particulier à Batavia

« The outside of the property needs a good paint job but the inside was exactly as expected. Very quaint and comfortable. »

« Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!! »

« Maria was wonderful, I had a very late check-in and she was so accommodating, at the last minute I realized I did not get the code for the door and she immediately responded to me at 10:30 PM. It made for a very smooth check-in for me and my furry friend. »

« Very clean, plenty of welcoming snacks, water pressure was great, coffee bar was well stocked and beds are comfortable. The host is responsive and welcoming. We did not use the hot tube so I can't speak to that. It is a little out about 15 minutes from a store, but relaxing for sure. You will see wildlife (groundhogs and chipmunks), also horses and chickens are across the street. »

« Very nice updated farmhouse - clean and comfortable. »

« Great stay. Very clean Gregory was awesome »

« We enjoyed our second time in the house. The house was very nice and clean. The hosts took great care of us. We plan to return. »
