Perfect for a couple in the cozy queen bed: i wouldn't recommend a third person unless they were sleeping in something like a port a crib. « We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »
