„We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure. ...

„There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again.“

„Die Zimmer sind selbst für London extrem klein und nicht durchdacht gestaltet, zudem haben einige kein Tageslicht aufgrund der Lage an einem Lichtschacht. Das Design ist jedoch schick, das Personal freundlich und die Lage direkt am Bahnhof praktisch (30-45 Minuten in die Stadt).“

„Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by. Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that ...

„Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und man kann sich einen Kaffee kochen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Nun komme ich jedoch zum Kritikpunkt. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und das entsprach in keinster Weise einem Frühstück. Das war das mit Abstand spartanischste Frühstück, dass ich je gesehen habe. Es gab zwei Sorten Toast, Croissant aus der Tüte vom Discounter, Schmelzkäse und Marmelade. Kaffee und Saft. Ja das war es auch schon. Also ...

„The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad“

„I booked the hotel for 1 night. When i arrived at the hotel it was completely nasty. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom had hair in it, the beds had orange spots with hair on them. I didnt stay for the night i instantly booked a new hotel, the travelodge it was amazing! I expect a full refund on that hotel i couldn‘t even stay for the night. Horrible experience..“
