« This was our second stay at the property and we would come back again. Easy check-in, plenty of room for our family inside and out, well-equipped kitchen, super charming and clean interior, and a perfect location on Cuba Lake. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, sitting by the fire, and playing games. A very quick drive to Cuba made shopping and dining easy. A great place to make family memories! »

« We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! »

« Huge property with plenty of space for several families. The beautiful deck with hot tub and pool was a hit with the kids, as was the huge game room. Kitchen was spacious, and the second refrigerator in the garage was a nice amenity. Plenty of beds, too. The location was perfect; just 20 mins from Letchworth. Some of our group booked trail rides from the stables next door. We all would highly recommend the Nunda Ranch! »

« This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. « Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. »
