The main house in front of it his you are allowed to go sit on the front porch ir no one is there and watch the sunsets. « Charming clean cottage, with its own private beach across the street, in the quiet town of Birch Bay. The cottage has lots of windows facing the beautiful view of the bay, a small propane fireplace to keep you cozy on colder days, and is in walking distance of dining and shopping. »

We plan our meals and had no problem cooking up three meals a day. Neighbors seemed nice and quiet. It was just what the Dr. ordered. Rest and relaxation. « A home away from home. Very easy to settle, especially staying from across the country. So nice to have home amenities like laundry, full kitchen, and the updated heating & A/C unit felt like a plus. The view was breathtaking, having the deck, grill, and firepit to fully enjoy it was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe & welcoming, we walked to Sandy Point with ease. « Our family rents a place yearly for Thanksgiving. The TreeHouse was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed - the kitchen is impressively stocked. Each room has it's own thermostat for comfort as well. Great shower pressure, too. The house is in a great area - near to many attractions. Highly recommend the TreeHouse. Praise also to Vacasa - they responded quickly to our inquiries or needs. »

« We had a good time at the property. It was lovely inside but could use some editing of the beautiful sit about. So many treasures there was no space to move about with our belongings. The kitchen was well appointed. The stairs to the upper space are problematic for us older folks. The yard could use a good clean up. Front door has a large gap at the bottom losing heat..and the scrsen door would not closs. Front porch step is uneven and a bit dangerous. Overall a lovely space . Very fantastic...
