„Great cabin on the river. 3 br Linger Longer cabin was Older but awesome had all you need and more. Check-in and out was superb. “

„Very cute resort setting! We were only a few miles from Mishawaka and loved the short commute on the free shuttle. Hiking nearby and beautiful surroundings. Can't go wrong, especially if you're going to a show up the road! “

„We enjoyed our stay so much—we will be back. I do wish the shower would have had hot water but my overall stay was great! Loved the honor system this property runs on. The hot tub was so relaxing!“

„Close to downtown, RMNP AND Roosevelt National Park.Cabin was clean, but is dark inside even with lights. Hot tub was good. Furniture uncomfortable due to sagging. Did not use equipment in shed, but was available. Animals would come into yard which was cool.“

„it was our base camp during our 3 day stay in Estes park. Everything was just right.“

„Beautiful and cozy cabin with everything we needed. Wood burning fireplace/stove was a treat. “

„The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.“

„The town of Estes Park and RMNP were incredible. The rental was nice. It's a little bit dated but the pictures showed the conditions. We had no problem with that. We had a little problem getting into the rental. We didn't receive the door codes until the last minute. And that was after talking to customer service. The only complaint we had is that the dishes and utensils were a bit grimy. We had to wash everything before we used it. Other than that, it was a great stay. The view from the ...

„The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. “
