„We had a ln absolutely lovely weekend away, so peaceful and the hut was very cosy and welcoming, would definitely return.“

„Had a wonderful one night stay at Holly Cottage with family. Location is great with pubs and tearoom close by. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and how quiet the cottage is. Would definitely recommend!“

„A great stay in a lovely area. New Hope is close to the beach, shop and pub and is perfect for those with a dog. It's very comfortable and has all we needed and the enclosed outside area is so useful if you have a dog. There's plenty to do within a short drive and we thoroughly recommend it. Thank you!“

„Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was.“

„The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. „Beter dan verwacht!“

It was so quiet at night meaning a great night sleep A lovely stay and would recommend a trip to Caster sands and Rye center“

„Perfect brake away very relaxing, everything clean will definitely return and recommend having the brewery on site was a bonus too for a few drinks.“

„We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. We’d definitely ...

„If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest.“
