„There was an issue with check in that was likely a combination of issues between the hotel and Expedia that clearly had frustrated the hotel employees and guests as generally tensions were elevated during check in and it was not the most pleasant experience but it was able to be resolved. The AC was not working in the entire hotel and it was a hot weekend though it cooled down pretty well at night and was quiet enough to keep the windows open. The hotel location is great! „Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges 1-Bedroom Apartment. Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter aber immer noch gut in Schuß. Indoor Pool ist etwas klein und der outdoor Jacuzzi war nicht wirklich sauber. Es gibt eine Barbecue-Station. It 4 Grills zur freien Benutzung. Die Lodge bietet tägliche Aktivitäten an und als Ausgangspunkt am Bears Lake ist sie auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.“
