The units are always very clean and the property managers respond quickly to the one or two requests I had over all those stays. I get to Jax Becah 3 or 4 times a year and this is my go to place to stay.“

„The house is in a great neighborhood, and only minutes from Kathryn Hannah park and the beach. It was only 10 mins down to beach center and Neptune Beach when many restaurants and shopping options were. Clean and well laid out. “

„We went to Cumberland National Park, it rained the entire day, but the island is unforgettable with lots of history, glad we took the van tour, it was amazing. St Mary is a beautiful small town with lots to do by the marshes, and amazing views. Not too far from Miami for a weekend.“

„Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!“
