« If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation. »

« Communication from the host was great. Pool had quite a bit of duck poop in it and the smell in the area generally is of sewer. The furniture isn't really comfy and supplies are minimal. We also followed the trash pickup instructions and it wasn't picked up one of the days and everyone else's was, so I am not sure why that happened. « Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Instructions he provided for check in and check out went smooth. Communication was great. Responded quickly to messages sent. There’s a very nice shopping center nearby, Along with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Only issue we encountered was a dog in a neighboring unit that woke us up 2 days in a row barking nonstop. We cannot fault the host at all for this. « The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual) »
