Sonesta Simply Suites Birmingham Hoover
"No AC, horrible customer service, no housekeeping services, and more to name but don't have the energy since I didn't sleep cause of how hot it was in the room. Maintenance was supposed to come and never did for the entire 4 day stay. Stay far away from here."

Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
"The Hyatt Place is very nice hotel that needs to be updated. We spoke with several guests during our visit and the main topic was no MICROWAVE in the rooms. Also the wait for valet service. The buffet breakfast was awesome."
