The apartment itself was very nice and well maintained. It was very clean and had all things you would need for a comfortable stay. The lobby of the building was loud and a party environment for one of the businesses that has space on the first level. Lots of traffic and drinking during the night. Night time walks from the parking to the building are nerve racking. I would not recommend this spot for women or children. The host is top notch and responds quickly with solution and results. It is clear that he truly cares about your stay and you having what you need.Nightly price is one of the best prices around but you do give up a "safer feel" with the area. With all this being said, other than being offered drinks every time we came back late in the even by those partying on the first level, we did not encounter any problems. Friday night was difficult to sleep as the noise of the night life from bellow went on until around 3am.
