„First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. „Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet room.“

„All in all fantastic that's why I keep going back.“

„Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und großzügiger Parkplatz“

„Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “

The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey.

„Room was good size and clean Use of the pool was good“
