« chambre propre avec un petit déjeuner correct. »

« Moisissure dans la douche. Nourriture manquante du buffet déjeuner. Obligée de manger sur place car très éloigné du centre-ville. Aucun service de navette pour les déplacements le centre-ville déplorable. Cependant les members de personnel étaient super gentils. »

« Worst place ever »

« Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

« There was absolutely no point in having a kitchen there were no cooking appliances plates or cups only one fork knife and spoon the kitchen was a complete waste the property if ur staying for multiple nights was not advisable »

« The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history »

« As a student it better than nothing because it closer to my training center. Also they need to make details available time rather than waiting for guests to phone them and request for it when check in. »

« We got there and from outside it was disgusting but we went in to room 2 which was supposed to be ours and a family was living in it. »

« Wifi not working. Hot water never come in taps and room hitting not working properly »

« Rubbish place to stay »

« It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor! »

« A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus. Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops. I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including: Toilet Seat properly fixed. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates. TV (there is an aerial socket) Toaster Small changes, make a big difference. »

« Mi peor pesadilla! Calor de 50 grados, sábanas sucias, paredes rotas, barrio peligroso, huéspedes con mala pinta, baños sucios...una vergüenza. No cumple los mínimos de salubridad. No entiendo como aparece en Hoteles.com. No recomendable. »

« Was dirt Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door There was constant banging from upstairs We didn’t sleep .
