« Manque d'information lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel, car il faut appeler le numéro sur la pancarte en façade, pour connaître le code et obtenir sa clé qui donne accès à l'appartement. À par ça très bel espace bon appartement manque un peu de propreté au niveau des sanitaires. Mais très bonne impression lors de l'arrivée. »

« Lors de notre arrivée, on a eu l’impression d’être des clients de deuxième ordre lorsque la préposée à la réception s’est aperçu que nous avions réservé avec Expédia. Elle nous a fait attendre dans le lobby, c’est nous qui avons dû aller s’informer si notre chambre était prête après 15h00. La préposée avait vraiment une attitude désintéressée à notre égard. Il y a des toiles d’araignées au plafond et de la poussières sur les étagères. »

« The bed was ok but there was no heating in the room. The shower in the shared bathroom didn't work and the sink only had cold water. I know the room was cheap but i would expect atleast the bare minimum. »

« Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

« Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here. »

« It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor! »
