« The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting! »

« We had an excellent stay here with no problems. Just know incase it is an issue, there is no swimming pool. This was of no importance to us. Since we were there for 5 days, the free breakfast got a little monotonous, as it's the same every day. But overall we would definitely recommend. »

« It’s a okay stay for a night the hallways are a bit stinky and not the cleanest, the room overall was pretty clean and nice very basic our power had went out due to a storm so this why we stayed the ac was amazing during the heat wave we were experiencing. The only other thing I would say that bathroom we had was filthy, walls were dirty tub was stained and the couple towels that came with the room were not the cleanest either. »

« This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers. »

« Nous avons été "balancé" dans l'hôtel d'en face soit disant pour un problème de chambre alors qu'ils ont fait un surbooking, sans aucune indemnité et ils osent répondre à Expedia que nous ne nous sommes pas présenté !!! heureusement j'ai le voucher de leur part pour aller dans l'hôtel d'en face qui n'ai pas du tout au même standing (mais tout de même avec un personnel plus agréable) ! Etablissement à fuir et qui se fou totalement de ses clients et osent répondre n'importe quoi !!!!! »

« Hotels.com a refusé de me rembourser un séjour dont la description ne correspondait pas à l'annonce alors que l'hôtelier à accepté de me rembourser. Hotels.com a donc gardé les sous du remboursement pour lui... Inadmissible! »
