The main level living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a wall of windows that brings the outdoors in, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, a large TV, and cozy seating—ideal for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area seats six and flows seamlessly into the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a raw-edge granite island, gas stove, and basin sink. Wood floors, wood walls, and a vaulted wood ceiling add to the cabin's warm mountain character throughout.

Step outside to the covered deck, where you can enjoy comfortable seating and a gas grill—perfect for morning coffee or evening meals surrounded by nature.

- A 22-acre crystal-clear lake fed by Boone Fork Creek
- Creek and lake stocked with rainbow trout; catch and release fishing is permitted.
- Canoes available for lake exploration
- Miles of hiking trails along the creek and throughout the community
- Guests are welcome to enjoy the lakeside beach; however, the clubhouse is only available to owners.
- Sweetgrass sits just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, at the base of Grandfather Mountain, offering both privacy and unbeatable access to High Country attractions.
