Pros:Very clean. Loved the extra building for sleeping arrangements. Pet-Friendly. Neighbor has horses and Guiney foul. proximity to town is close. The theater room is nice downstairs.Cons:The pictured hot tub was not available for our stay. The pictured cord of wood was not on site and we had to purchase wood for a fire. The house sits VERY close to a VERY bust road. Traffic is constant all hours of the day/night and is travelling at 60 mph. This is not a quiet location. There are no window coverings on the kitchen and living room, so at night the headlights shine into the house. The couch and furniture sit very close to the floor. Expect that the couch is only 6-8" for the top of the cushion. The master bedroom has a closet for storage. No other storage including in the bathroom. The sink might hold a toothbrush. No other storage in the bathroom. The bed is also low to the floor, but easier to stand up from than the couch. The loft looked nice, but don't expect a parent would be up there tucking in kids as the ceiling is very low.The kitchen cabinets all have things in them and need some empty if guests are expected to be able to store food in them. The TV doesn't clearly show how to watch local channels. It is controlled by Roku and is difficult to navigate. Especially when I have to raise my arm above my head to be able to move the cursor or mute the TV when on the very low couch.Sitting at the fire in back of the house I constantly had headlights hitting me.
