The cabin was fantastic! It had everything we needed for our family weekend getaway. The kitchen was well stocked for large meals. The game room was a huge hit while it was raining outside. The movie DVD selection was great, brought back memories. All tv's were smart and streaming was easy. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable. We saw a black bear from the deck, that was cool. Faith was great to deal with, very easy to communicate with! We will definitely be staying there again!

The house was a great spot for our family. We arrived with 6 adults, 7 kids under 7 and our pups. The front room on the main level couldn't handle all of us so we spent most of our time in the spacious downstairs theater room and the game room. The kitchen was great. We cooked all of our breakfast and dinner meals using the kitchen and the cookware provided. The hosts of the property were engaged and helpful. We used baby quip (Stephanie was our delivery person) so we didn’t have to bring high chairs or cribs. Stephanie and her husband delivered the items and picked them up. Highly recommend that service. A wonderful property! You won’t be disappointed.

Family get together

We enjoyed our stay at theBoujee Buffalo … the game room was fantastic playing ping pong and arcade games and we all enjoyed the pool table. Movie room was fun for the kids. The property is peaceful!

This was by far, the best of our annual family trips and are making plans to rwawrve again in the future. The wx precludes outside excursions but ambiance and spaciousness of property made up for it. ***** recommendations across the board. Make sure you make it up the mountain during daylight!

Friendsgiving in the Mountains

We chose this property to house 3 families that gather every year for pre Thanksgiving friend time. It was close enough to the activities of Blue Ridge, hiking, and local vineyards that we never wanted for things to do. The house had plenty of room to spread out for all the kids and we loved game time on the porch, hot tubbing on the crisp evenings, and just enjoying each other’s company.

Boujee Bungalow

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! The check in was delayed because the previous renters left a mess--the cleaners were very thorough and even let us put the refrigerator and freezer items away before they were completely done. Our host informed us of this but some of our family had already arrived. She was very attentive to us during our stay.

Absolute Gem

The place was absolutely amazing. It offered everything needed to get away from the daily grind and truly enjoy a get away. Every room was a zen like allowing for everyone to be together and still have their own space. From the gameroom, back patio and the movie room we all enjoyed gathering together for quality time. This place is a must reserve if you are looking for relaxation and fun. This will definitely be a repeat booking for another adventure. I can only imagine the scene and vibe during fall.

Awesome Cabin

Love the comfy beds, the isolation of the property from other properties and the spaciousness of the different areas to hang out. Loved fire pit, hot tub, front porch, the screened in porch, and the lower level porch with hot tub, corn hole area, game.room, theater room. They provided complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, smores, etc. When we needed more firewood for s’mores, they were quick to get more firewood. Any questions/concerns they are quick to respond. Very friendly.

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay -9 of us ages 14 and up. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was very well stocked with all the basics. The game room/apartment was so fun. We sat by the campfire, hopped in the hot tub, played pool- so much to enjoy. Great communication from our wonderful host with directions, things to do, restaraunt suggestions and information about the house. Do not use google maps- Apple Maps brought everyone directly to the house except me. We would rent again- very fun time!

New years trip

We had a great new years vacation with our family. The house was perfect for our family with having the garage to hang out in after the children went to bed. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped and was large enough to accommodate multiple adults cooking at one time. The only complaint we have is that the heater in the garage went out during our stay but the owner was very responsive and had someone out to fix it the next morning. I will also say follow the directions given by the owner for finding the property. Google will take you to the wrong location. The only other suggestion is make sure your cars are able to navigate the dirt road that the house is off of but once at the house the driveway is great and multiple cars can park. The property is beautiful and very private which we loved!

Fantastic!

Each year our family sets aside the first weekend in December for our WinterWonderland Weekend. We have rented many locations over the years but this cabin was one of the best. The pictures don't show the massive kitchen. In our family the kitchen is the heart of the home. The holiday tree was near by and the screened in porch just seemed to expand the area. The arcade and the movie room were perfect for young and old. We just loved it and will return ! Thank you Faith for being a great host! You answered my questions quickly and made the process very easy!

We Loveeeeee the boujee buffalo !

We absolutely adored this Scenic, private, Spacious and luxury cabin! The Boujee Buffalo was the perfect place for our large family 💛 The Boujee Buffalo is true to its word. It is a luxurious farmhouse that is cozy and comfortable. It provides all that is advertised and soooo much more. The cabin was CLEAN and SPACIOUS with plenty of comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all of the necessary appliances. We loved the spa bathrooms and all the entertainment options including the game room, theater, and flat-screen TVs which are in all the bedrooms and the outside spaces. Faith the host was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Her communication & management skills are an asset to the business. It was a pleasure meeting her & experiencing real southern hospitality!!! The welcome basket she left for us with items to make smores was a great idea and much appreciated !! In short, I would highly recommend the Boujee Buffalo to anyone looking for a comfortable off-grid, relaxing getaway. PS: There was working cable TV and wifi. I was able to watch my Miami Dolphins Preseason game!!!!!! Darla and family 💛

The perfect place!

We had a friend group of 12 staying for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The listing itself was super helpful in giving us ideas to keep busy. The property was gorgeous and well kept. There was plenty of cookware and dishes for the group, we cooked most of our meals at the cabin! Plenty of towels and wash cloths available as well as blankets to snuggle up with. The garage was a hit and where our group spent most nights playing games and listening to music. The bed (at least the one I slept in!) were nice and comfy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a large family/multi family place to stay or a large friend group! Even on our rainy day during the trip, most of our party enjoyed sitting on the screen in porch and some took the opportunity to relax in the hot tub! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we are planning a reunion trip already!

Remarkable home!

By far, the Boujee Buffalo was the most amazing home for our family gathering of 18, ages 6-85 tremendously enjoyed our stay! Meticulously clean - space and numbers of beds were perfect for our large family. The loft was a hit for our 11 yr old granddaughter and friend! There were plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc - plenty of room to make and enjoy delicious meals! The towels, linens and beds were posh! The arcade was a hit for the kids, and the apartment above was a surprising bonus - invaluable for sleeping arrangements! We thoroughly enjoyed the home theater and firepit! Faith, the manager of the property was extremely friendly and helpful! I looked for Hours for a place to accommodate our large family - I can't tell you how blessed we were to have found the Boujee Buffalo! Private home with easy access and 20-25 minutes from Blue Ridge. You will be delighted to find such a wonderful vacation spot!
