Our family loved this property. Cabin is well-appointed and the layout is well-designed to maximize the views of the river, which is truly beautiful and serene. So many friendly deer and geese (I think). Host was very responsive and full of helpful info. We hope to return soon.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful cabin and it won’t be the last! Location and property are beautiful, the cabin has everything you need and the river is so peaceful! Communication with Brad was easy and quick. Can not wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse and couldn’t have asked for a better pre-Christmas getaway. The setting right on the river is peaceful and beautiful, and the property itself is extremely well thought out and comfortable.The home was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making this a place where families can relax and actually enjoy their time together. The quiet surroundings, fast internet, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true retreat.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly riverfront escape.

The Perfect Creekside Getaway

I cannot say enough about our Farmhouse Cabin stay. From the start, the communication with Brad, the host, was so thorough and helpful. The cabin was decorated so cute and cozy but large enough to comfortably host 8. The attention to detail was impressive - from the coffee bar in each room to the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook any meal. Big windows offer a fantastic view of the creek and mountainside. We enjoyed seeing many deer and the baby geese. But the icing on the cake was fishing right outside the back door. We were able to trout fish every day without having to drive. A lovely firepit with very nice chairs and a delightful hot tub made our stay So Much Fun! We will definitely stay again when we come to the area. Look no further and book this cabin!

Peaceful Creekside Farmhouse Retreat

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The sitting room that over looks the river was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee and have family conversations. The kitchen came fully stocked with all your cookie essentials, which was nice. We got to meet the host, Brad, who was very attentive and welcoming and provided suggestions on places to visit.If you enjoy wildlife, this is definitely a place to stay. Our kids counted over 100 deers during our 5 day stay.We plan to return here in the future!

WOW! Class Act

Brad the property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with, we felt very comfortable booking this Cabin for our vacation from the very beginning. Great communication, wonderful website with guides to the resort along with great recommendations for activities around the area. The cabin was spotless when we arrived, the decor and use of space was really well thought out be the owners. Also, it was nice knowing that they owned all 4 properties along the river bank and that they were all rentals being vetted by Brad and the management company. We really enjoyed the game room, we stayed up all night playing air hockey. Very accommodating to our furry babies, even supplying a crate so we didn't need to bring one. I like to cook and at home I have a robust kitchen, most rentals are missing a lot of what you need to cook meals from scratch. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and then some. Comfortable beds with rooms spread out around the house. Overall this was the best rental we have used and we will absolutely use Elestay properties when in the area in the future.

I can not say enough great things about this host and his home. We have stayed in A LOT of places traveling all over and this is definitely at the top of our list. The communication was amazing, he went above and beyond to help us with last minute plans. The location, views from the home, attention to every little detail was amazing. We can not wait to come back & stay again.

Great cabin, beautiful location

This cabin was very nice, very clean, and was on a gorgeous spot on the creek. My kids loved to fish and us adults loved to sit in the hot tub listening to the rapids. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Fresh remodel on older home, nice lot great view, could use a powerwashing on rear decks, plumbing slow to drain. Temp ac unit helped furniture was kind of worn in living room. But overall was on point for the price range. Lots of long messages from owner and owner was very thoughtful with much added helpful items labels and instructions. The gatehouse personnel could be much more accommodating. The kids enjoyed the place.

Peace and Quiet

Perfect place to do absolutely NOTHING!! Just being outside on the deck listening to the river was so relaxing!! Loved the windows to see the river at all times!! Loved that DoorDash was available when I didn’t feel like cooking! The host was very attentive to your needs. We will be back! Oh…. we didn’t know about all the deer!! They were so friendly and beautiful!

Wonderful property

The cabin is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished with everything you will need (shampoo, air freshener, flashlights, firewood, etc). We loved the sound of the rushing stream outside and all the visiting animals, including deer. The little nook off of the living room was one of our favorite spaces, as it was comfy and offered lovely views of the meadow and the stream.

Spring Break by the River

After searching for the right place for our family, we selected this cabin and it did not disappoint! You can pretty much just bring you and your clothes because the home is equipped with just about everything you can think of. Our family loved fishing from the river, and simply just relaxing on the deck. We had deer Come around us at night and enjoyed the geese during the day always playing in the creek. Neighborhood amenities are nice to have on a down day with kids, but enjoy the winding ride to get to them. Thank you for having us and helping assist with any questions along the way!

Absolutely incredible! Beautiful custom home!

We've stayed at a LOT of properties over the years and this place is one of our top favorites. What a beautifully designed home with lots of custom touches, thoughtful decor and colors, and lots of extra details that make it a truly memorable experience. Clear directions for the technology, high end hot tub, bright interior with big picture window views of the river, SUPER comfy beds, radiant floor heating in the master bath! So many things to say, you just have to experience this place for yourself. We had a relaxing time with friends and needed a quiet retreat to escape the noise of regular life, and this is exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back and stay again!!

Amazing!!

From the moment we pulled up to the house we knew it was going to be something special. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked and we absolutely loved the apple pie. The backyard - having the bubbling river right outside was so soothing. Our boys (16,14) and our dog loved playing in the water. We were able to use both the hottub and the fire pit during our stay and both added to our wonderful vacation. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in. We wished we could have stayed much longer. We loved Ellijay and this awesome home. Brad is an amazing host and responded within minutes every time!

Gorgeous riverfront property

My family booked this beautiful riverfront farmhouse for a summer vacation. The home is directly adjacent to the Coosawattee River, allowing us to escape the heat by playing in the cool water. We would welcome the chance to return in the fall when we could enjoy all the amenities this property offers, including the hot tub and the gorgeous fire pit. This property is very well-stocked and has no shortage of bedrooms or bathrooms and can comfortably sleep several adults. Older children will enjoy the hidden game room. There is also a sleeping porch directly overlooking the river. The most memorable part of our trip was interacting with the very tame deer that roam the property. They will visit you on the back deck and you will view them as your pets before your trip is over. If you are looking for a relaxing mountain getaway suitable for a family, this place fits the bill.

Cabin on the river

This is an amazing place. We fed the deer and geese everyday. The whole family enjoyed tubing on the river. We never even left the cabin except for groceries.

Great Memories

The house was clean and everything labeled so you knew where everything was and where it went. Kids loves feeding the deer and geese. Brad was easy to communicate with and helped when needed. Another great thing is we have ATT and no cell service so we could enjoy our time as a family but the internet is fast and reliable if you need to search for places to go and things to do. If you get the apple pie you better bring a lunch I’ve never seen a pie that big.

Wonderful cabin, wonderful location

The cabin was even better than the pictures. Absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The entire family loved being able to walk right out the back door and go tubing. We went every day. Would definitely want to go back again!
