« The property was spacious and clean. Really appreciated the 2cd bathroom. The lighting was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Deerfield beach was only 1 block away with no busy roads to cross,with the sand cleaning shower. The area has several restaurants. The juicy crab and Pho Ocean were our favorites.John was easy to communicate with. 2 lights were out and were replaced easily by the maintenance person. My only wish is that it was a 2 bedroom because it was so...

Deirdre was an excellent host and responded quickly to any inquiry we had. There appeared to be some “long term” stays in the complex and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All the previous reviews were positive and mentioned the place being small but we didn’t care because we were in Florida and spent all day at the pool or at the beach one block away. The only thing I would change would be a curtain in the living room because there is a light right outside the living room. Host was great to work with and was perfect for my small family. »

« This is the second year we had a month long stay in the winter at this Deerfield Beach location. The condo was very clean and welcoming and its location is ideal for walking and enjoying the beach. The host is very accessible and helpful. We had a wonderful winter get-a-way here!! »

« We had such an amazing time at this place! A few mins to beach and pier, access to the pool at any time. With a 2 year old, it was great having a 2nd room and direct access to the pool. Bonus: a high chair was available for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Property was clean and building very secure. Would 100% recommend! »
