„The location wasn't where we expected it to be (that is not on the host - it's how VRBO does the location before you get the address). And although there was a wonderful, cold A/C in the living room, there wasn't central AC. These two aspects necessitated our cancellation after we got there.Thankfully, the host was amazing. She immediately processed the refund request (minus the fees she is charged by VRBO). And she was wonderful to deal with.Had she had a property in the location we expected to ...

„We would agree that this is a charming bungalow near the beach. We went for an extended weekend from the Central Florida area. The hosts were readily available to provide beach recommendations and to address our needs. We would definitely stay here again for another Florida staycation. “
