« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. "Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à cotĂ© , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à cotĂ© ont dĂ©barquĂ© Ă  2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont mĂȘme tentĂ© d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception, on nous a proposĂ© en compensation d’ajouter des points Ă  notre compte fidĂ©litĂ© . Les points n’ont mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© crĂ©ditĂ©s ."
