« Very clean! Very thorough and detailed check in and check out processes! I think the initial picture that is shown for the listing is a bit misleading. Was excited to think we had direct outdoor access to sit and take the views of downtown Boise and surrounding mountains. Unfortunately, to access that spot, you had to leave the apartment and use an elevator to gain roof access. All indoor pictures very accurate, and was a wonderful place to stay, really liked that Both bedrooms had their own...

« Clean, cute. Quite the maze to get around though between parking and room accessibility. I would recommend only if you’ll be in town longer than 2 nights. »

« The property was exactly as advertised. The location is great, right on the Boise River Greenbelt and very close to the university. Check in and check out were a little problematic as there were different times given for check-in and checkout on the app compared to what the property owner wanted. It was stressful trying to negotiate and I ended up having to kill time in the airport before the owner would let me check in at 6 PM. »

« Super cute updated place right in the heart of downtown Boise! And I have to know what brand of pillows/bedding they have…the most comfortable I’ve slept on! But I’m not going to lie…they aren’t joking about the tight squeeze for parking. We felt like Austin Powers with a 20-point parking job every day! »

« Basement apartments can be a gamble, but this one was clean, cozy, and still got plenty of light. The location is quiet and residential but very convenient for getting to downtown easily. One night there were no tenants above me and it was great. The second night there were tenants and I could hear everything they said and every step they took. If you're a light sleeper, use the white noise machine and bring earplugs. »

« We loved our stay at green spot! We stayed with our dog and enjoyed having access to a fenced in yard for her to sniff around in. The property is clean + well stocked with kitchen supplies & such. »
