Super hôtel
L’hôtel est super bien placé sur la promenade à Bol (entre village et la fameuse plage). Un centre de tennis est à deux pas. 18 courts ! Un tournoi WTA y est organisé une fois pas an. Notre chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle, avec un balcon. Le corridor aurait mérité un coup d’aspirateur, mais la propreté était correcte. La piscine est cool !

Good stay overall
Overall it was nice: the food at the restaurant was good, many thanks to the chef! The room was clean but could be cleaned better (wipe the floor for example, not just doing the bed). I would choose a better room next time: the ones facing the the mountain have no balcony, and the fences on the window seem to be dangerous for a little kid (too much space -20-25cm- on the first fence). The staff was very nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay (beach is close, pool, many activities like biking etc..)

Bel hôtel, spacieux, excellent emplacement, belle vue mer proche des plages et des bars. Belle deco dans le hall. Personnel souriant et discret. Cuisine variée et buffet copieux. Pas suffisamment d’animation le soir et en journée. Des ados un peu déçus ! Night club désert malgré la période estivale du 20 août! Tennis payant malgré un grand nombre de terrain. En demi pension, on pourrait bénéficier de terrains gratuits! Peu d’initiative Pour trier et éviter les déchets! Surtout au niveau restauration! On ne devrait plus voir de petites barquettes de Nutella par exemple mais un gros pot dans lequel on pourrait se servir! Les poubelles de chambre sont vidées tous les jours meme si il n’y a juste qu’un papier! En espérant qu’ils réutilisent le même sac poubelle! Idem pour les servietttes de toilette changées trop souvent malgré le message qui stipule de ne pas mettre les serviettes par terre si on ne souhaite pas qu’elles soient changées! Elles sont quand même changées!! Pas de table ronde pour manger, dommage et peu de nombre de places pour manger dehors! Terrasse trop petite. Terrasse sous dimensionnée par rapport à la capacité d’accueil à l’exterieur.

Hôtel bien situé pour un super séjour !
Août 2017, séjour d'une semaine en chambre supérieur avec vue sur la mer. Côtés négatifs : Nous avons opté pour la formule demi-pension et la mauvaise surprise il faut payer l'eau ! Sur la plage au nom de l'hôtel les transats sont payant ! Pour la piscine rien d'exceptionnelle et dommage pour les enfants mais aucun toboggan ni jeux d'eau. Ni négatif ni positif : Les buffets matins et soirs sont corrects sans être une cuisine exceptionnelle. Les locaux sont très polis. Cependant, ils ne sont ni avenants ni souriants. Côtés positifs : Très belle et spacieuse chambre dans cette hôtel idéalement situé à mi-chemin du centre de bol et de la plage zlatni rat et tout ça en bordure de mer avec plusieurs petites criques. Au centre de Bol beaucoup de restaurants, de bars et quelques boutiques. Il y a une multitude d'activités à faire entre les activités nautiques : bateaux, plongés, bouées et les activités terrestres : vélo, quad, randonnée. En résumé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel et l'île est magnifique.

Un séjour agréable !
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine très agréable dans l’hôtel Elaphusa. Il est idéalement situé et vous pouvez faire tous les déplacements a pied vers la ville, la plage ou zlatni rat. Les chambre mériteraient un peu plus de deco et modernité mais on y est bien. Bonne variété pour les buffets matin et soir

Ce n'est pas la dernière fois
C'est plus ce que je m'attendais, on m'a donné une suite, tout le personnel était souriant et très gentil. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la grosseure de l'hôtel. On y trouve de tout pour la nourriture et si vous prenez une bouteille de vin et que vous ne la buvez pas toute, on vous l'a rapporté le lendemain.

Nice hotel for family holidays next to Zlatni Rat
Location is perfect, next to the sea and at walking distance from town and Zlatni Rat beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools and some other facilities (gym, bowling, ...). Our double room was of a good size, with a little balcony looking at the sea and a comfortable bed. Room cleaning could have been better. The hotel is huge and felt quite spacious during our stay out-of-season (mid April), however I imagine during summer at full capacity it might get a bit hectic. Breakfast was very good good but we found the dinner buffet quite disappointing.

Hôtel Elaphusa Bol
C'est un très bel hôtel, récent et très propre. Sa situation est idéale, entre le village de Bol et la plage mythique de Zlatni Rat. On peut se baigner sur la plage presque au pied de l'hôtel. C'est un très bel endroit pour la plongée et le windsurf. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont nickels:2 piscines, spa, salle de fitness...c'est le paradis. Endroit à conseiller vivement.

Hotel und Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, ein No-Go war allerdings der letzte Abend an welchem aufgrund eines Kongresses das Essen in ein anderes Restaurant verlagert wurde (und sämtliches Essen kalt war) und eine Live-Band das ganze Hotel bis mitten in die Nacht mit unfassbar lauter Musik beschallt hat - das war eine Frechheit.

The place is nice, we booked it with breakfast and dinner, food is good, staffs are very nice. We booked an ocean view room, but we barely able to see the ocean because there were lots of trees, but we get charge for ocean view room. The air conditioning is set for 22 degrees in the room and guests can not change the room temperature by themselves. The drain in the shower was very slow.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. 5-6 mins walk to the Zlatni Rat beach and 7-8 mins walk to the town. The staffs were just terrible and very unprofessional. Seems like they did not wanna be bothered. From the check in to check out the whole experience with staffs was just terrible, especially the front desk. The room was not fully cleaned. Some basic cleaning. The floor had some stains and we were able to clean it easily with the sanitized wipe. The shower had drain issues! And we had to ask them to fix it. Water was just backing up during the shower. We only tried the breakfast there and the coffee was just disgusting. I saw they were brewing new coffee over the old ones. The taste was just gross. Breakfast was ok. We did not even bothered ourselves to try the dinner. Again the only good thing about this property was the location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice hotel in a beautiful area - completely surpassed expectation. Hotel had everything you could want. We usually avoid buffet dinner but the one here was surprisingly good

I went to that Hotel with great enthusiasm, because I thought with all the comments that I read it was a four-star Hotel, really four stars, but I found that it was not like that, there were no towels for the pool or for the beach, everything was so crowded on the beach , that there was not even where to lie down, all the armchairs al was occupied, they do not have enough capacity for what they offer in high season, it is not a four-star hotel. The food looked like they kept the loaves from the day before. They tasted kept the fish still seemed reheated. The Hotel is beautiful, the location is very nice, it has a nice view, but it is not facing the sea, you have to walk to get to the beach, it is not how they show you in the Picture, it has several beaches in front and you have to ask which is the beach that belong that Hotel. I was wrong and I went to one where they kicked me out. I felt very sad, but hey, it's a matter of experiencing it yourself. Taxis are very expensive, they take advantage of tourists. The truth is that I have very little desire to return to Croatia!! Is a very nice place but I am very disappointed!! the beaches are stone beach!! if you go,you have to wear those slippers to swim in the sea, because if you don't you will leave with horrible foot pain! This Hotel deserves two stars for the service and for the building, it deserves four stars.

The property was beautiful and right along the beach. It was a short walk to the town center where there are shops and restaurants, and boats to go on excursions like The Blue Cave Tour. We felt safe and it was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Good hotel, location ideal, breakfast disappointing, good staff. Breakfast finishes at 10 so very busy and noisy from 915 onwards, poor coffee, limited food choices, queues for most items. If it finished at 11, would spread the number of people out. No excuse for bad coffee.

Dem Hotel war nicht bekannt, dass wir Halbpension gebucht hatten. Wir mussten dies jeden Abend klären. Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel, welches man weiterempfehlen kann.

Hotel has very much a business/confrernce feel. We were there early in their season, but staff felt like tgey could not be bothered. They felt fatigued already. They were not particularly friendly or forthcoming with a friwndly face. Despite cards in the room saying that they were eco friendly and would only change towels if left on the floor, all towels were replaced everyday.
