„Best stay ever“

Siehe Foto. Pool war ganz ok. Der Kaffee auch.“

„We used it in emergency after hurricane “

„The rooms are older, not so clean, personal was great, cruise parking was good“

„Bed was itchy every time I played in it. Idk if it was the sheets or what but I barely got sleep. I got bit by ants and there are doors in the room that lead to the other rooms. I did not like that so I had to put tables in front of the door just in case because that’s unsafe. Loud people. Doors are so high that people can hear you and you can hear them from outside. „major water leak, and AC did not work. You could literally smell the mold. Clerk tried to help and switched us rooms where written profanities was found on the wall. Doors did not lock for some reason as well.“

„The only issue we had was there was mold growing in the bathroom on the walls.“

„I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. The front desk said they would not accept my online payment and demanded that I pay the full amount again in person. The staff member told me to cancel my non-refundable reservation and pay at the desk instead. I contacted Hotels.com support right away, but they were unable to reach the hotel.
