« Daughter is an incoming freshman at UK…we stayed at the Elwood for 2 nights for her orientation…it was great! Location was good…staff very nice and accomodating and the restaurant food/service was good. I would recommend. »

« Great clean hotel. Room felt brand new, the kitchenette was very nice. Neighborhood is very safe yet close to everything. Haven’t had such a great hotel bed in a while, the sheets/blankets/pillows were amazing. Hoping i can find the same items to purchase for my home. Will stay here again on my next visit to Lexington. »

« Loved the free shuttle! Staff was fabulous. Rooms were a bit dark- no good makeup light and there should be a grab bar in shower. »

« This hotel is in a great location. It was a really clean room and very big. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be, they don't validate your parking, so I had to pay $22 a night even though I was staying at the hotel. I feel like the room cost plenty without having to pay for a parking spot as well. »

« Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. However, the bed was a little lumpy, not all the bathroom mirror lights would stay lit, and the elevators are a bit small to accommodate the luggage carts. »

« It’s a nice hotel and it’s clean however it is a bit outdated. It’s a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to other restaurants and points of interest. The front desk staff were amazing. The breakfast was good and the morning staff fast and friendly on all four mornings. The dinner food there was not too good and staff were extremely slow on all three nights. They were however friendly. I would stay again but not eat dinners there. »

« We got a room, the bed smelled like urine, the tv was not working and there was a weird smell, called reception and we were moved to a different room which was perfectly fine. »
