« The B&B in itself is average/basic compared to what I have previously experienced in Belgium. However, the problem arose upon leaving the place. a) the departure time from the room was supposedly 11 AM, but the cleaner turned up at 10 AM, so I had to leave the room one hour earlier than planned. b) I wanted to store my luggage to walk around more freely, but the access information of the luggage storage were incorrect, and I could not access it.
